Having been a resident owner in Casa Verde Townhomes for the past 35 years, I am quite familiar with the usual quirks and repair needs of our units. Because of this, we decided to move forward with improvements to make our space more functional and comfortable for everyday living.

As part of our ongoing renovation, we are:

• adding an additional room

• renovating and enlarging the kitchen with modular cabinets

• enlarging the powder room

• roof and gutter repairs

• carrying out general improvements and upgrades

Going through the process ourselves gives us a better understanding of the practical needs of Casa Verde units and the types of improvements that can make a meaningful difference in daily living.
