All unit owners are bound to promptly pay all assessments and dues on the dates as they fall due. In the event of delinquency, a delinquency charge of 1% of the amount due for each month of delay shall be assessed against and paid by the delinquent unit owner/tenants as penalty. (Sec. 2.1.4.)

Rental Rates
For Use of Residents
PHP 4,000.00 for the 1st 4 Hours
PHP 1,000.00 per Succeeding Hour
For Use of Non-Residents, Relatives, and Guests
PHP 5,000.00 for the 1st 4 Hours
PHP 1,250.00 per Succeeding Hour
Guidelines
The maximum number of occupants at any given time for the clubhouse shall be sixty (60) people
Strictly no parties and/or small gatherings will be allowed at the clubhouse ground floor and/or poolside

Overnight or improper parking along the driveways unless authorized by the affected Unit Owner is strictly prohibited. (Sec. 2.11.2.)
All residents are required as a matter of uniformity and courtesy to one another to park only at our designated parking areas (Within the garage and square box). Failure to comply will result in the following:
a) First Offense - verbal warning given the driver/owner of the vehicle
b) Second Offense - written warning issued
c) Fine/assessment of P1,000.00 per day/offense
Residents who are assessed parking violation fines for more than five (5) times in any given month will be tagged as "habitual" and more stringent measures will be implemented by the Board as it deems fit.
Residents who refuse to pay the assessed fines will be subject to the penalties imposed on the failure to pay the assessed dues as contained in the Rules and Regulations of the CVHA (cutting-off of utility connections, etc.)
Dogs and cats shall not be allowed to roam or stray unattended in common areas. Dogs must be on a leash when taken outside the units for a walk. The owner shall remove from the premises, any dog or cat causing nuisance or disturbance upon complaint by other unit owners to, and when verified by the Association/Administrator (Sec. 2.10.2.)
No other pets including poultry and other domestic animals shall be kept in any part of the premises of Casa Verde Townhomes (Sec 2.10.3.)
The Owner or a Tenant of a unit shall not:
Be allowed to put their names in any part of the building except on the door of their units or location to be approved by the Association. (Sec. 3.3.1.)
Paint, decorate, or otherwise change the appearance of the exterior which is the face or front of the unit. (Sec. 3.4.1.)
